What To Expect
During Our Time Together

When we meet, you’re stepping into a space created entirely for you — a space where every part of who you are is welcome. Over three to six months, we’ll move at a pace that honours your process, allowing change to bloom in its own time, and giving you the room to integrate each shift so it becomes part of your everyday life. Sessions take place online, so you can join from wherever you feel most at ease. Together, we’ll weave a blend of approaches, following the thread of what most needs attention in each moment.

Creating Space

Sometimes the pains that arise can be overwhelming and working with them in a cognitive way is out of reach. Here we will create space. Using somatic awareness, along with the deep still, Presence available to us, we’ll find a place of easeful space between the triggers that can overwhelm and the immediate present moment, where safety, love, and compassion can be found.

Closing The Gap

If our unseen traumas are not overwhelming to the nervous system, we’ll find ways to close the gap between the somatic sensations, the energy of the pain, and the Presence itself. We will explore the boundaries of our direct experience and bring those thoughts, emotions, and sensations into the light of Presence where the distinction between the two may dissolve.

The Tools We’ll Use

Somatic Awareness

It all starts here. Getting to know your body can open a world of insight, and allow you to find those unresolved experiences and emotions. By becoming intimate and curious with the sensations in our being, we can learn a great deal.

Finding Silence

If you listen closely, you will find an unwavering silence to be available to you at all times. This silence is a great healer. Together, we will bring this silence to the pockets of unresolved experience, and pain. With time, silence will bring lasting transformation.

Acceptance & Change

Throughout our time together, we’ll be working on two levels. The first is acceptance. We move towards accepting, and loving all the parts inside of us. Simultaneously, we’ll identify where transformation could be beneficial and do the work to integrate. Acceptance does not equate to bypassing, but rather an essential starting point.

Homework

It’s important to use the days between our sessions to work with what we’ve been practicing, and find your own insights and clarity. You’ll receive simple, personalised practices such as journaling, meditation, self-love, and awareness practices.

This is not about fixing. You are not broken.

This work is about creating a tender, unwavering presence that can hold all of your experiences — even the ones you’ve kept hidden for years. Here, each part of you is invited into the light, loved, and welcomed home.
